There is a casual group that meets on Monday and Friday each week at 10am. We go through a range of exercises that build strength, resilience, confidence, flexibility and mobility. Push ups and pull ups are just the beginning. Back levers, skin the cats, dragon flags, gymnastics moves and circus moves... every exercise has a progression and a regression e.g. start with a knee push up and work towards a full body, feet raised push up!
You'll need a towel, water and a fitness/yoga mat if you have one. We wear thongs to slip on and off between exercises.
